If the booked rate has a flexible policy, the hotel will charge the first night as a penalty.
If the booked rate has a non-refundable policy, the hotel will charge 100% of the booking.

Hotel insurance costs $6,000 per person/per night and is not included in the reservation; you will need to pay this amount once you check in.

There are two options to pay 100% of your reservation:

You can write to the email address reservas@tequendamahoteles.com indicating that you wish to make the full payment for your reservation and our team will provide you with the corresponding information.

You can also pay directly through the hotel's official website where you made your reservation. At the bottom of the page, you'll find the "Pay Here" button, where you can enter your card details and complete the process securely.

Cash, American Express, VISA, Mastercard credit cards, virtual payments through payment forms, deposits.

To use your promotional codes, you must access the Tequendama Hotels platform and in the reservation box in the (PROMO CODE) section enter the word or code provided, select the hotel and the period.

To be part of our prestigious Tequendama Rewards loyalty program, you must register in our database. In the "Tequendama Rewards" section located at the top right, click on register, fill in the form details, and once you have registered your email, you will receive a registration confirmation.

To access your account once you have registered, you will need to enter your email address and complete your registration to obtain your username and assign a password to your account.
