Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Rate requires 100% payment of the reservation. Cancellations are not permitted; changes must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in. The hotel may charge 100% of the reservation at any time. If the credit card provided as a guarantee is not valid or effective for processing payment, the hotel will notify you via email requesting a new guarantee card to process the payment. If no response is received, the hotel may cancel the reservation without prior notice.

Tax Exemption Policy:

All Colombian residents must pay 19% VAT on the value of each reservation made through this service, starting January 1, 2023. It is important to note that foreigners or Colombians not residing in the country are exempt from this 19% VAT if their purpose of travel is: tourism, participation in cultural or sporting events, business, conventions, or cultural events, or for groups traveling on a cruise ship. To qualify for this tax exemption, the passport must be stamped with the PT code and valid for 90 days.
