Plans include a non-refundable rate. Full payment of the reservation is required. Cancellations and modifications are not permitted. The hotel may charge full payment at any time after booking confirmation.

TAX EXEMPTION POLICY

To apply for the tax exemption as a foreign citizen, a passport stamped with the PT code and valid for 90 days must be presented at the time of check-in at the reception desk. Otherwise, a 19% VAT tax on the reservation value must be paid.
